1.PURPOSE & APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Maison AMAN S.A.S, whose registered office is located at 11-13, Avenue du Bel-Air – 75012 PARIS – France, SIRET 92250950000018, APE 4771Z, email contact@maisonaman.com, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") making a purchase via the website www.maisonaman.com or in-store.
They define the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, and claims for the products ordered by the Client. By placing an order, the Client unreservedly accepts these TCS. Maison AMAN reserves the right to modify the TCS at any time, with the applicable conditions being those in effect on the day of the order.
2. PRODUCTS
Maison AMAN offers wedding dresses and bridal fashion items made to order, available in semi-custom standard sizes or fully custom-made.
Semi-custom standard size models are available in French sizes 34 to 44, with the option to customize the skirt length among three options adapted to the client's height. A size chart is available on the website to help the Client select the appropriate size.
Custom-made models are created entirely based on the measurements provided by the Client, who may request slight modifications to the design if feasible.
Product descriptions, while given as an indication, are made with the utmost accuracy. However, minor variations may occur without affecting the validity of the sale.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Maison AMAN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. ORDER & CONTRACT FORMATION
4.1 Order for Semi-Custom Standard Size
The Client may place an order directly via the website www.maisonaman.com or in-store.
The order is confirmed upon full payment.
Customization is limited to choosing one of the three skirt length options adapted to the client's height.
Once the order is confirmed, no modifications can be made.
4.2 Custom-Made Order
For a custom-made dress, the Client must contact Maison AMAN via the contact form available on the website.
Process:
The Client submits a request specifying the desired items, event date, and any potential modifications.
Maison AMAN provides a free detailed quote for the proposed design.
If the Client accepts the quote, they must sign it and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due at the end of the production process.
The order becomes final upon receipt of the signed quote and deposit payment.
No changes to the design or measurements will be accepted after quote validation.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Orders on the website can be paid via:
Credit card
Pay in 4 payment with PayPal (subject to PayPal's terms and approval).
For semi-custom standard sizes, full payment is required at the time of order.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
6. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated production time: 2 months for semi-custom standard sizes, 6 months for custom-made dresses from the receipt of payment.
Delivery is made to the Client’s provided address or available for in-store pickup.
Shipping fees vary by destination and are free for purchases over €450 within the EU and €850 outside the EU.
Maison AMAN is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure. The delivery period given at the time of the order is only indicative and subject to reasonable variation. Reasonable delivery delays (i.e., if the product arrives before the Client’s event date) do not entitle the Client to claim damages or cancel the order.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS & REFUNDS
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made and semi-custom products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of hidden defects or proven non-compliance.
If a defect is found, the Client must notify Maison AMAN within 30 days of receipt for potential product repair. No refund will be granted for simple dissatisfaction or change of mind.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Maison AMAN is not liable for events preventing the fulfillment of the contract (stock shortages, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
Wedding postponements or cancellations—regardless of the reason—will not entitle the Client to a refund or credit.
9. CLAIMS
If the ordered product is compliant upon delivery, Maison AMAN is not responsible for free alterations if the Client later changes size or design preferences.
Once worn, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or subject to credit or legal action, as each model is unique and handcrafted.
Maison AMAN is not responsible for improper handling or use of its products. As a textile product, wear and tear (sweat, lace or embroidery abrasion, fabric damage, boning or lacing deterioration, etc.)—even under normal wear conditions—cannot be grounds for free alterations, refunds, or replacements.
If a fabric or component is out of stock, the Client authorizes Maison AMAN to use a similar substitute.
10. WARRANTY
Maison AMAN products are covered by the legal warranty under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In case of non-conformity, the product may be returned to Maison AMAN for repair, exchange, or refund.

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All dress designs, sketches, photographs, and website elements remain the exclusive property of Maison AMAN. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. IMAGE RIGHTS
By submitting personal photos to Maison AMAN, the Client authorizes their use and publication on the website and social media.
For other uses, Maison AMAN will request written authorization specifying the medium, target audience, and purpose.
The Client may request photo removal at any time via email or mail.
13. PERSONAL DATA
Maison AMAN collects personal data for order processing. Data is securely stored and never resold to third parties.
In accordance with France’s Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Client has the right to access, modify, and delete their data upon request at contact@maisonaman.com.
14. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These TCS are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.

The parties will seek an amicable solution before resorting to litigation. If no resolution is found, the Paris courts shall have jurisdiction.
